FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The easiest way to protect your save progress in our newest games is by signing in with Facebook. This means even if you uninstall the game as long as you have access to your Facebook login you should be able to gain access without worry.

    If you have not signed into Facebook or the game does not have a Facebook login, please contact us via our support email found at the bottom of this page. If you downloaded the game from the Google Play Store and made any purchase in-game, please provide us with a receipt of the purchase as this can help us find your save data.

  • If the game includes a Facebook login, then you can sign in initially on the old device to back up the saved data and then sign into Facebook on the new device to retrieve your save data.

    In most of our games, you will be able to find a code which comprises several digits called a User ID. This can be found in the settings cog menu. If you are struggling to find your User ID please get in touch and a member of our support team will help you find it.

    In older games, you will need to contact us via our support email using the form above for further guidance on how to locate your user ID.

  • If this has happened to you please get in contact with us via our support email at the top of this page.

    We will require proof of purchase and your User ID from the game. This can be found in the settings cog menu. If you are struggling to find your User ID please get in touch and a member of our support team will help you find it.

  • If you made a purchase using the Google Play Store you can contact us directly at our support email found at the top of this page. Please provide a clear reason why the refund is required and provide the email address you have linked to your Google Play Account.

    If you have made a purchase using an Apple device then, unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to issue refunds as all refunds using Apple devices must go through Apple themselves. You can find their page for all refund information by going to Apple.com -> Support and searching for ‘Refund’.
